Department of Performing Arts

Department of Performing Arts offers two diploma programs, Diploma in Hindustani (Bharatiya) Music and Diploma in Bharatnatyam Dance. The music program includes intensive training on both vocal and instrumental aspects apart from teaching of the theory. Diploma in Bharatnatyam Dance aims at bringing to the fore the dance talent of the student through rigorous training sessions focusing on sharpening the skills on the elements of Nritta, Nritya, Natya, Abhinaya, Tala and Raga.
